Walk4Life's Five Year Product Warranty and Return Merchandise Policy:

Warranty:
Functionality, design and reliability are cornerstones of all Walk4Life products. As a result, all Walk4Life products are covered by Walk4Life's unprecedented FIVE YEAR WARRANTY. From the day you purchase your Walk4Life product, your product is protected against any defects and breakage which occurs during Normal Usage* of the product.

Should you need to return your Walk4Life product during the warranty period, please ship your product to us at the following address:

IMPORTANT NOTE : Our goal is to process and return your repaired or replacement Walk4Life product to you as quickly as possible. To ensure that there a no delays in processing your return, please be sure to include:

•  Your full name
•  Return mailing address
•  Make and Model of the Pedometer(s)
•  Number of units being returned
•  Phone number and email address we can use to contact you
•  Brief explanation of any issues you are experiencing with your Walk4Life product.

If the return occurs between the 25th and 60th month of ownership, please be sure to include the applicable repair processing fee with your shipment. Note, Walk4Life cannot assume responsibility for lost, misdirected or undelivered returns and recommends use of an insured and/or traceable shipping method.

Return Merchandise Policy:
Walk4Life products may be: (i) returned to Walk4Life for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase; or (ii) returned to Walk4Life for an exchange or credit toward another purchase from Walk4Life within 45 days from the date of purchase. A 15% restocking fee shall be applied to all non-defective products that are returned more than 30 days from the date of purchase (and no more than 45 days from the date of purchase). All returned products must be shipped with freight pre-paid via a traceable shipping method. The products must be received by Walk4Life in resaleable condition, in the original packaging (with all original packaging, warranties, owners manuals, instructions and accessories) and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. If any returned product(s) are found to be damaged, returned in non-resalable condition or in an incomplete condition, Buyer may be subjected to a restocking fee of up to 100%, depending on the condition of the product(s). Returns of any product showing use or abuse will not be accepted. Except as provided in Section 5, returns or exchanges will not be made for custom or special orders or for products marked "As Is" or as "Clearance Item”. Any refunds will be made by the same method as used to purchase the product(s) and may take up to 14 working days to process.

Return Merchandise Authorization:
Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") policies are subject to revisions at any time by Walk4Life. Contact the RMA Dept. regarding policies and returns. All returned merchandise requires an RMA Number. To obtain an RMA Number, call Buyer Support ( 8 AM – 4:30 PM CST, Monday-Friday) at 815-439-2340. Your RMA Number must be clearly marked on the OUTSIDE of any returned package. Packages returned without this RMA number could cause a delay in processing. IMPORTANT NOTE: A request form will be faxed/emailed to you and upon being signed/returned, an RMA will be issued if qualified. Once an RMA number has been assigned, it is important to return the product within two weeks, after which time the RMA Number will have expired and the parcel may be refused and/or delayed at our shipping/receiving dock.
