Warranty: Functionality, design and reliability are cornerstones of all Walk4Life products. As a result, all Walk4Life products are covered by Walk4Life's unprecedented FIVE YEAR WARRANTY.
Please Note: This warranty covers internal parts only. Does not include damage due to dropping, crushing, immersion in water, clip breakage, battery failure, closing clasps, LCD. Our repair service replaces a broken clip, hinge pins, battery, for only $5.00 plus shipping.
Return Policy
Note, Walk4Life cannot assume responsibility for lost, misdirected or undelivered returns and recommends use of an insured and/or traceable shipping method.
Return Merchandise Policy:
Walk4Life products may be: (i) returned to Walk4Life for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase; or (ii) returned to Walk4Life for an exchange or credit toward another purchase from Walk4Life within 45 days from the date of purchase. A 10% restocking fee shall be applied to all non-defective products that are returned more than 30 days from the date of purchase (and no more than 45 days from the date of purchase). All returned products must be shipped with freight pre-paid via a traceable shipping method. The products must be received by Walk4Life in resell-able condition, in the original packaging (with all original packaging, warranties, owners manuals, instructions and accessories) and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. If any returned product(s) are found to be damaged, returned in non-resalable condition or in an incomplete condition, Buyer may be subjected to a restocking fee of up to 100%, depending on the condition of the product(s). Returns of any product showing use or abuse will not be accepted. Except as provided in Section 5, returns or exchanges will not be made for custom or special orders or for products marked "As Is" or as "Clearance Item”. Any refunds will be made by the same method as used to purchase the product(s) and may take up to 14 working days to process. We will provide refunds (minus shipping costs)
